AEON Stores (Hong Kong) Co., Limited
The “Oishii Japanese Food”, jointly organized by AEON and Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), was held from 12 to 16 August at AEON Kornhill Store, featuring food ingredients and food products from 26 prefectures of Japan. Most of the products were introduced to Hong Kong for the first time.
An opening ceremony was held on 13 August. We had the honor to have Mr. Yoshimasa Hayashi, Minister of Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF), Mr. Hitoshi Noda, Ambassador of Consul-General of Japan in Hong Kong and Ms. Miyako Hamano, Executive Vice President of JETRO, to join Ms. Christine Chan, Managing Director of AEON Stores Hong Kong, as officiating guests to kick off the ceremony.
After the ceremony, Chef Wan Tat Kong provided a cooking demonstration for the guests and customers. Everyone greatly enjoyed the dishes.
