Bento Express by AEON is honored to gain “Voting for Your Favourite Shops – The most convenient shops”

Bento Express by AEON is honored to gain “Voting for Your Favourite Shops – The most convenient shops” arranged by MTR Corporation Limited on 29th October, 2015. Voted by MTR passengers from 7th July to 6th August, Bento Express by AEON entered the top 20 shops and won in the group of “The most convenient shops”. The award presentation was held at Living PLAZA by AEON Tsing Yi Shop, which is the first Living PLAZA by AEON opened in MTR stations. This award will motivate us to keep providing better & more convenient service to our customer.

Besides, AEON has got great scores among over 90 competitors in the Mystery Shopper survey conducted by MTR. The Mystery Shopper survey checked 3 main aspects which were safety, tidiness and hygiene. 3 shops of AEON have achieved to get the full marks, which are: Living PLAZA by AEON Lok Ma Chau Shop, Bento Express by AEON Po Lam Shop and La Bohéme Bakery Kennedy Town Station Shop. Such good results are attributed to the efforts of our colleagues in shops and we will continue to pursuit better customer service.
