AEON Day: Po Leung Kuk 82 Hin Keng Centre “DIY Lip Balm and Natural Skin Care Workshop”

On the AEON Day of September, AEON volunteer team visited Po Leung Kuk 82 Hin Keng Centre in Hin Keng Estate, Tai Wai. They made DIY lip balms with the service users and have learned the benefits of natural ingredients towards our skin at the same time.

First of all, the participants listened to instructors’introduction on the advantages of several natural ingredients and the procedures of making natural lip balm. After that, they worked together to make natural lip balms. All of them enjoyed the afternoon with laughs and happiness.

This activity has conveyed the messages of green lifestyle as well as caring for the community. The volunteers have not merely learned to protect the environment by using organic skin care products, but also the importance of caring for the disabled.
