Revitalize AEON STYLE Kornhill Grand Opens on March 28

Since AEON's entry into Hong Kong in 1987 with its first General Merchandise Store, JUSCO Kornhill has been a flagship store at Kornhill Plaza. Afterward, Kornhill Store moved towards a new milestone. AEON Stores (Hong Kong) Co., Limited has introduced "AEON STYLE" store format from AEON Japan to Hong Kong since 2016. Kornhill Store adopted and became AEON's first overseas outlet under this model. It has successively opened AEON STYLE in various locations, including AEON STYLE Whampoa, AEON STYLE Mong Kok, and AEON STYLE Yau Tong in Kowloon, as well as AEON STYLE Tsuen Wan in the New Territories and AEON STYLE Kai Tak opened officially at the beginning of the year, all of which have been well received by customers. 

The products, service, and layout of "AEON STYLE" are carefully arranged to cater to different target customers, earning the reputation of having a unique charm for each store. For the past 38 years, AEON STYLE Kornhill has been deeply rooted in Hong Kong and has witnessed the changing of times with customers.

To continue AEON's commitment "Everything we do, we do for our customers", and meet customers' ever-changing needs, AEON STYLE Kornhill was revitalized and reopened on 28th March 2025, aiming to enhance the shopping experience for customers.

AEON STYLE Kornhill integrates four key elements: "Product Variety," "Experiential Services," "Welcoming Interaction," and "Elegant Environment," dedicated to providing comprehensive lifestyle proposals and more diversified and high-quality Japanese products to customers with an aim to meet the needs of customers in the community. Key features include:

- G/F Supermarket and Delicatessen: A supermarket that combines delicious, healthy, and ready-to-eat options, offering a diverse range of product selections, including AEON's private brand TOPVALU products developed based on the principle of providing "high-quality" and "reliable" goods, exclusive items imported directly from Japan, as well as the launch of a new Japanese restaurant "Yakitori" and GATTEN SUSHI which aims to serve authentic nigiri sushi at affordable prices.

- 1/F Home Living & Beauty Care: A selection of products for physical and mental well-being, alongside high-quality home goods, with a special focus on the renowned Japanese home living brand UCHINO. At the same time, AEON STYLE Kornhill has gathered a number of well-known bedding brands and introduced a number of massage chair counters to help customers relieve fatigue, creating a "comprehensive high-quality sleep and health" life proposal. Besides, "Glam Beautique" will feature over 30 brands from Japan and around the world.

- 2/F Fashion: Renowned AEON private women's fashion brand, ESSEME opens its first overseas store at AEON STYLE Kornhill. It offers items emphasizing moderate trendiness and femininity, and particularly about materials and silhouettes. Additionally, AEON private brand TOPVALU "PEACE FIT COOL" series, delivering "Smooth, cool, and not sticky" leisurewear.

- 3/F Family Oasis: New concept DAISO Japan Flagship Store in Hong Kong Island has been introduced at AEON STYLE Kornhill with two times floor area expansion and more diversified items. Moreover, there were more brand new machines and playground in Molly Fantasy, along with a variety of popular prizes, such as Chiikawa, mofusand, etc.

- KOMEDA'S Coffee AEON STYLE Kornhill: Launching a range of opening specials and seasonal items to delight customers.

To celebrate this important milestone, AEON held a media reception today, where Mr. Shinya HISANAGA, Director of Buying, Supply Chain & Operations, introduced the new elements and features of AEON STYLE Kornhill. A media tasting reception was held at the same venue, allowing media to take the lead in tasting specialties such as "Yakitori " and the latest products.
