AEON Raises Over HK$340,000 Through 137 “Tai Po Fire Emergency Appeal” Donation Boxes Across All Stores to Continuously Support Affected Residents

On 5 February, AEON Stores (Hong Kong) Co., Limited donated a cheque for the "Tai Po Fire Emergency Appeal" totaling HK$345,975 to its charity partner, World Vision Hong Kong, to ensure ongoing, comprehensive support for affected residents and the continuity of relief efforts.

A Level 5 fire broke out at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po, causing severe casualties. On the second day after the incident (28 November 2025), AEON swiftly responded by partnering with World Vision Hong Kong to place a total of 137 "Tai Po Fire Emergency Appeal" donation boxes across its 73 retail stores and supporting office.

The "Tai Po Fire Emergency Appeal" fundraising initiative unites the support of AEON staff, customers, and World Vision Hong Kong to raise funds for families affected by the fire. All donations, without any deduction for administrative expenses, will be fully allocated to projects jointly carried out by World Vision Hong Kong, Faith Health Counselling and Training Centre, and Tai Po Baptist Church, providing emergency emotional support, childcare services, and an emotional support hotline to help affected residents overcome this difficult period.
