AEON STYLE Premier Agreement Terms and Conditions
Effective from the 21st of July 2017
Your participation in the AEON STYLE Premier Membership is governed by these AEON STYLE Premier Membership Agreement Terms and Conditions. By applying for AEON STYLE Premier Membership, you agree that you have read and agree to the Membership Agreement Terms and Conditions and acknowledged the Membership Agreement Terms and Conditions will be amended without separate notice.
- 1.Membership

- 1.1 AEON STYLE Premier membership is only open to invited applicant only.
- 1.2 AEON STYLE Premier ("the Card") benefits can be used in AEON STYLE, AEON, AEON SUPERMARKET, Living PLAZA by AEON, Bento Express by AEON, Molly Fantasy, La Bohéme Bakery, R.O.U, AEONBODY, AEONCITY and other stores which AEON Stores (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. may stipulate from time to time (together hereinafter referred to as "AEON Stores").
- 1.3 Applicants of AEON STYLE Premier membership ("the Membership") shall complete the application process as AEON Stores may decide from time to time, including but not limited to completing an application form and/or providing certain personal data to AEON Stores.Incomplete or inaccurate forms might not be processed by AEON Stores. AEON Stores reserves the right to approve or reject any application in its sole discretion without giving any reason.
- 1.3.1 For AEON MEMBER CARD or AEON STYLE CARD holder, the original membership shall cease but the remaining membership period, all accrued Bonus Points and the related personal information will be transferred to and merged with the AEON STYLE Premier membership whereby the AEON MEMBER CARD or AEON STYLE CARD shall be returned to AEON Stores.
- 1.3.2 For AEON Dual Function Credit Card holder, the AEON MEMBER CARD membership shall cease but the remaining membership period, all accrued Bonus Points and the related personal information will be transferred to and merged with the Membership whereby the AEON Dual Function Credit Card will no longer carry the AEON MEMBER CARD membership.
- 1.3.3 For AEON Gold Credit Card and AEON Card JAL holder, the AEON MEMBER CARD membership, all accrued Bonus Points and its membership period shall remain unchanged with the AEON Gold Credit Card or AEON Card JAL whereas the personal information related to AEON MEMBER CARD will be duplicated to the Membership by the holder signing an application form. The AEON STYLE Premier is a membership separate from the AEON MEMBER CARD membership and Bonus Points and membership period under the two memberships will accrue/be calculated independent of each other.
- 1.4 The Membership is valid for three consecutive membership years ("the Membership Year"). Each Membership Year consists of twelve full calendar months. The first Membership Year commences from the day of application (the month in which application is made shall count as the first month but if the day of application is not first day of the month, then the next following month shall count as the first month) and ends on the last day of the twelfth month. The second Membership Year commences on the first day of the thirteenth month and ends on the last day of the twenty-fourth month. The third Membership Year commences on the first day of the twenty-fifth month and ends on the thirty-sixth month.
- 1.5 The Membership can be renewed upon payment of a renewal fee (in AEON Stores or in other manner as AEON Stores may decide from time to time).
- 1.6 The Membership belongs to the designated AEON STYLE Premier member ("the Member") only and is not transferable, and is valid within HONG KONG only.
- 1.7 Where a Member has more than one or other membership(s) with AEON Stores, the Member may select/use only one of the memberships and corresponding benefits in each transaction.
- 2.AEON STYLE Premier Membership Card

- 2.1 Upon acceptance of application, each Member will be issued with one main AEON STYLE Premier and one Mini Card, whereas the main Card and Mini Card offer exactly the same functions and access the same account. The Member and the Member's designated person may use the two Cards to earn and save Bonus Points into the Member_'s account and enjoy benefits for Members. If a Member_'s Card and/or any other information or devices relating to a Member_'s Membership is lost or stolen, or the Member have sufficient reason to believe that his/her Membership may have been used by, or account and password have been disclosed to, an unauthorized party, the Member must send us an email to aeonmember@aeonstores.com.hk with his/her registered email information to request for temporary account suspension immediately or contact the Member Service Hotline 2565-3656, or report to the Customer Service Counters in person. AEON Stores shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage (including Bonus Points, benefits and cash coupons) arising from the unauthorized use of or access to the lost or stolen Card or information or devices relating to a Member_'s Membership.
- 2.2 The use by the Member and/or Member's designated person of the Cards constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- 3.Replacement of Membership Card

- 3.1 If the Card is lost, stolen, damaged or fails to function properly, the Member may apply for a replacement at our Customer Service Counters upon payment of re-issuing fee, if any. Re-issuing fee is HK$50 (subject to revision from time to time without prior notice).
- 4.Amendments
-
- 4.1 AEON Stores reserves the rights, in its sole discretion, to modify the Membership, fees, benefits offered and other features, including these terms and conditions, or to terminate the AEON STYLE Premier Program at any time with or without notice and AEON Stores will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting therefrom.
- 4.2 AEON Stores will post the amended terms and conditions at stores and/or on the company's website. AEON Stores will not issue separate notice of amendment(s). Members are responsible for checking the amendment(s).
- 4.3 Continued participation in Membership program and/or use of the Card will be deemed as acceptance of any amendment(s). If any Member does not agree with such amendment(s), such Member's sole remedy is to cease participating in the Membership program and cease using the Card.
- 4.4 In case of any disputes, AEON Stores has its sole discretion to make the final decision.
- 5.Fees

- 5.1 Members have to pay the following fees:
(i) application fees upon initial application of the Card;
(ii) renewal fees upon renewal of the Card;
(iii) re-issuing fees upon replacement of the Card.
- 5.2 All fees are non-refundable in any circumstances.
- 6.Bonus Points
-
- 6.1 Member and Member's designated person must present his/her Card or any other form of accepted Member identification method by AEON, as the case may be at the time of purchase with specific payment media to enjoy member shopping privileges and/or earn Bonus Points.
- 6.2 Bonus Points will be calculated and may be redeemed in accordance with AEON Stores' Privilege Benefits Scheme prevailing from time to time and posted at stores.
- 6.3 Bonus Points will not accrue until AEON Stores has issued the Card to the Member upon the Membership application being accepted.
- 6.4 AEON Stores may from time to time enter into arrangements with other entities whereby Members may accumulate Bonus Points from the use of services of or the purchase of goods from such other entities subject to such terms and conditions as AEON Stores may impose with respect to the accumulation of such Bonus Points.
- 6.5 Members may check their accumulated Bonus Points at Customer Service Counter or e-directory kiosk(s) inside stores, the mobile application (“AEON Mobile”) and/or from their sales receipt, all of which are provided for the Member's reference only and might not necessarily indicate the correct balance of member's account. AEON Stores' records shall (in the absence of manifest error) be conclusive in showing the correct balance.
- 6.6 Bonus Points will normally be credited to a Member's account after 2 business days from the day when the Member makes the purchase with his/her Card or any other form of accepted Member identification method by AEON. If a Member elects for delivery of his/her purchase, the Bonus Points will normally be credited to the Member's account after 5 business days from the date of delivery.
- 6.7 Bonus Points accrued are redeemable by the Member him/herself only and not transferable to any other person, and cannot be transferred to another Member's account or another account of the same Member. Upon the death of a Member, all remaining Bonus Points will be cancelled automatically.
- 6.8 All Bonus Points accrued will be cancelled upon the termination of Membership.
- 6.9 Bonus Points accrued in a Membership Year shall be used no later than one calendar month immediately following expiry of that Membership Year; otherwise, all remaining Bonus Points will be forfeited thereafter.
- 6.10 To redeem the Bonus Points, the Member may:
(i) show his/her Card in person at the Customer Service Counter inside AEON Stores; or
(ii) log in at the member zone of an e-directory kiosk using his/her Card or AEON Mobile, complete the redemption process by following the procedure as prompted by the e-directory kiosk, and collect the redeemed benefit, gift(s) or coupon(s) in accordance with the instructions set out therein; or
(iii) log in to the member zone of the AEON Mobile, complete the redemption process by following the procedure as prompted therein, and collect the redeemed benefit, gift(s) or coupon(s) in accordance with the instructions set out therein; or
(iv) show his/her Card or any other form of accepted Member identification method by AEON at the store cashier when making a purchase as the case may be or as the particular redemption program may specify.
- 6.11 In case of Bonus Points replenishment request, the Member or Member's designated person must bring the same day receipt to Customer Service Counter; otherwise no Bonus Points could be accrued for the purchases. In case of any dispute, AEON Stores' decision shall be final.
- 6.12 In case of refund request, the Bonus Points entitled will be deducted from the Member's account. AEON Stores reserves the right to take legal action and deduct the Bonus Points from Member's account if we suspect that such Bonus Points were earned via fraudulent means or misconduct.
- 6.13 Misconduct, fraud, misuse of the Card and/or its benefits or failure to follow these terms and conditions may result in the immediate termination of the Membership and cancellation of all Bonus Points. AEON Stores reserves the right with or without notice to terminate any Member's Membership at which time without notice and all Bonus Points, privileges and benefits accrued will be cancelled.
- 7.Delivery Service

- 7.1 Member and Member's designated person can enjoy the Free Delivery Service upon making purchase (Licensees' merchandise to be excluded) of designated amount or such other amount as specified by AEON Stores from time to time by using the Card or any other form of accepted Member identification method by AEON together with designated payment media.
- 7.2 Free Delivery Service is limited to Hong Kong territory only and subject to the Delivery Service Terms and Conditions posted at stores.
- 8.AEON Lounge Service

- 8.1 Members shall present his/her Card or any other form of accepted Member identification method by AEON to the AEON Lounge reception for registration, or in other manner as AEON Stores may decide from time to time.
- 8.2 The Member can use AEON Lounge Service once per day only, and is allowed to bring one companion to use the AEON Lounge that such arrangement is made known to the AEON Lounge reception before entry.
- 8.3 By using the AEON Lounge, the Member agrees to be bound by the AEON Lounge Terms and Conditions posted at stores.
- 9.Personal Data (Privacy)

- 9.1 The personal data supplied by the Members are required for the operation of AEON STYLE Premier Program, the Privilege Benefits Scheme and other privilege(s) which AEON Stores may from time to time obtain from or arrange with our business partners in joint promotion for the benefit of the Members. Failure to supply personal data may result in AEON Stores being unable to provide the above services to the Members.
- 9.2 The Member agrees that all the personal data provided to AEON Stores and all information relating to the use of his/her Card may be used and retained by AEON Stores for:
(i) processing an application for the Membership;
(ii) management, operation and maintenance of the Membership management system;
(iii) the daily operation of the services provided to the Members;
(iv) imprinting the Member's name on the Card;
(v) communication of news and information by AEON Stores to the Members;
(vi) investigation of complaints, suspected suspicious transactions and ongoing research for service improvement and program development;
(vii) designing services or related products for the Members' use;
(viii) facilitating the issue of benefits to the Members;
(ix) meeting the requirements to make disclosure under the requirements of any law binding or under and for the purposes of any guidelines issued by other statutory authorities with which AEON Stores is required to comply.
- 9.3 Member further agrees that AEON Stores may disclose and transfer Member's personal data (whether within Hong Kong or abroad) to the following parties for the purposes as set out in Clause 8.2 above:
(i) third party service providers, their agents and contractors, who provide administrative, telecommunications, computer, payment, printing or other services to AEON Stores in connection with the operation of its business including providing service to the Member and/or;
(ii) any person to whom AEON Stores is under an obligation to make disclosure under the requirements of any law binding or under and for the purposes of any guidelines issued by regulatory or other authorities with which AEON Stores is required to comply.
- 9.4 All information of the Members will be managed in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and AEON Stores' Privacy Policy.
- 9.5 AEON Stores intends to use your name, contact details (as per your preference) and month and year of birth to send you news, information, privileges and promotions (both in-store and online) regarding the following products and services offered by AEON Stores and/or our licensee shops and/or our business partners in joint promotion: supermarket goods, home appliances, electronic appliances, computers and accessories, furniture and homeware, audio visual, toys and stationery, baby products, health care products, fashion, accessories, clothing, leather goods and luggage, shoes, watch and jewellery, health care, hair, beauty and cosmetics, pet needs, food and beverage, catering, media, entertainment, logistics, transportation, travel and hotel, shopping malls, credit cards, telecommunications, banking, financial and insurance, tutorials, education, memberships, loyalty and reward programmes and our associated events. AEON Stores must obtain consent from the Members' before doing so. Members may choose not to receive such communications by ticking the appropriate box in the Registration form. Members may, without charge, opt out from receiving direct marketing materials from AEON Stores by following the steps stipulated in the Registration form.
- 9.6 Members have the right to request to review and correct any personal data held by AEON Stores in accordance with the Privacy Policy. An administration fee may be charged for the processing of these requests. Members have the right to:
a.check whether we hold any of your personal data;
b.access your personal data held by us;
c.require us to correct any personal data which is inaccurate;
d.ascertain the privacy policy (from time to time) in relation to personal data and the type of personal data held by AEON Stores.
- 9.7 All requests for access to or correction of personal data or information regarding policies and practices and types of personal data held should be in writing and addressed to the Data Protection Officer: Sales Planning Department, AEON Stores (Hong Kong) Co., Limited, 7/F., D2 Place One, 9 Cheung Yee Street, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon.
- 9.8 AEON Stores may be unable to maintain or renew a Member's Membership or the associated benefits if the Member fails to provide AEON Stores with up to date information. Members are responsible for keeping AEON Stores informed of their new telephone contact, correspondence and email addresses. AEON Stores is not responsible for any loss as a result of the Member's failure to inform AEON Stores of any change.
- 10.Termination

- 10.1 The Member may terminate his/her membership at any time by submitting <AEON Membership Termination Requisition Form>, and/or returning in person his/her Card to our Customer Service Counters at which time any Bonus Points accrued will be cancelled. Membership fees paid will not be refunded on termination of Membership.
- 10.2 Misconduct, fraud, misuse of the Card and/or its benefits or failure to follow these terms and conditions may result in the immediate termination of membership and cancellation of all Bonus Points. AEON Stores reserves the right with or without notice to terminate any Member's Membership at which time all Bonus Points accumulated will be cancelled.
- 11.Liability

- 11.1 AEON Stores shall not be liable to any member for any loss, damages or expenses of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Membership, the use of the Card, AEON Mobile or their its benefits, including but not limited to the use of personal data, mistakes or fraud by any person in redeeming a benefit, whether AEON Stores is negligence or otherwise.
- 11.2 AEON Stores' liability in contract, tort or otherwise in respect of any claim arising out of acts or omissions relating to the Membership or the use of the Card or AEON Mobile shall be limited to re-crediting the value of the Bonus Points entitled to by the member in connection with which the matter arises.
- 11.3 AEON Stores will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the product or service provided by any other entities in connection with the use of the Card or AEON Mobile.
- 11.4 AEON Stores' decision in respect of any such complaint or dispute shall be final and binding on the member and AEON Stores shall not be required to give any reason for such decision.
- 12.Invalidity

- 12.1 The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision of these terms and conditions under the laws of any jurisdiction shall not affect its validity, legality or enforceability under the laws of any other jurisdiction nor the validity, legality or enforceability of any other provisions herein contained.
- 13.Jurisdiction

- 13.1 These terms and conditions and the relationship between AEON Stores and each Member are governed by the laws of The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. AEON Stores and each Member submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Courts.
**Should there be any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Your participation in the AEON STYLE Premier Membership is governed by these AEON STYLE Premier Membership Agreement Terms and Conditions. By applying for AEON STYLE Premier Membership, you agree that you have read and agree to the Membership Agreement Terms and Conditions and acknowledged the Membership Agreement Terms and Conditions will be amended without separate notice.
- 1.Membership

- 1.1 AEON STYLE Premier membership is only open to invited applicant only.
- 1.2 AEON STYLE Premier ("the Card") benefits can be used in AEON STYLE, AEON, AEON SUPERMARKET, Living PLAZA by AEON, Bento Express by AEON, Molly Fantasy, La Bohéme Bakery, R.O.U, AEONBODY, AEONCITY and other stores which AEON Stores (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. may stipulate from time to time (together hereinafter referred to as "AEON Stores").
- 1.3 Applicants of AEON STYLE Premier membership ("the Membership") shall complete the application process as AEON Stores may decide from time to time, including but not limited to completing an application form and/or providing certain personal data to AEON Stores.Incomplete or inaccurate forms might not be processed by AEON Stores. AEON Stores reserves the right to approve or reject any application in its sole discretion without giving any reason.
- 1.3.1 For AEON MEMBER CARD or AEON STYLE CARD holder, the original membership shall cease but the remaining membership period, all accrued Bonus Points and the related personal information will be transferred to and merged with the AEON STYLE Premier membership whereby the AEON MEMBER CARD or AEON STYLE CARD shall be returned to AEON Stores.
- 1.3.2 For AEON Dual Function Credit Card holder, the AEON MEMBER CARD membership shall cease but the remaining membership period, all accrued Bonus Points and the related personal information will be transferred to and merged with the Membership whereby the AEON Dual Function Credit Card will no longer carry the AEON MEMBER CARD membership.
- 1.3.3 For AEON Gold Credit Card and AEON Card JAL holder, the AEON MEMBER CARD membership, all accrued Bonus Points and its membership period shall remain unchanged with the AEON Gold Credit Card or AEON Card JAL whereas the personal information related to AEON MEMBER CARD will be duplicated to the Membership by the holder signing an application form. The AEON STYLE Premier is a membership separate from the AEON MEMBER CARD membership and Bonus Points and membership period under the two memberships will accrue/be calculated independent of each other.
- 1.4 The Membership is valid for three consecutive membership years ("the Membership Year"). Each Membership Year consists of twelve full calendar months. The first Membership Year commences from the day of application (the month in which application is made shall count as the first month but if the day of application is not first day of the month, then the next following month shall count as the first month) and ends on the last day of the twelfth month. The second Membership Year commences on the first day of the thirteenth month and ends on the last day of the twenty-fourth month. The third Membership Year commences on the first day of the twenty-fifth month and ends on the thirty-sixth month.
- 1.5 The Membership can be renewed upon payment of a renewal fee (in AEON Stores or in other manner as AEON Stores may decide from time to time).
- 1.6 The Membership belongs to the designated AEON STYLE Premier member ("the Member") only and is not transferable, and is valid within HONG KONG only.
- 1.7 Where a Member has more than one or other membership(s) with AEON Stores, the Member may select/use only one of the memberships and corresponding benefits in each transaction.
- 2.AEON STYLE Premier Membership Card

- 2.1 Upon acceptance of application, each Member will be issued with one main AEON STYLE Premier and one Mini Card, whereas the main Card and Mini Card offer exactly the same functions and access the same account. The Member and the Member_'s designated person may use the two Cards to earn and save Bonus Points into the Member_'s account and enjoy benefits for Members. If a Member_'s Card and/or any other information or devices relating to a Member_'s Membership is lost or stolen, or the Member have sufficient reason to believe that his/her Membership may have been used by, or account and password have been disclosed to, an unauthorized party, the Member must send us an email to aeonmember@aeonstores.com.hk with his/her registered email information to request for temporary account suspension immediately or contact the Member Service Hotline 2565-3656, or report to the Customer Service Counters in person. AEON Stores shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage (including Bonus Points, benefits and cash coupons) arising from the unauthorized use of or access to the lost or stolen Card or information or devices relating to a Member_'s Membership.
- 2.2 The use by the Member and/or Member_'s designated person of the Cards constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- 3.Replacement of Membership Card

- 3.1 If the Card is lost, stolen, damaged or fails to function properly, the Member may apply for a replacement at our Customer Service Counters upon payment of re-issuing fee, if any. Re-issuing fee is HK$50 (subject to revision from time to time without prior notice).
- 4.Amendments
-
- 4.1 AEON Stores reserves the rights, in its sole discretion, to modify the Membership, fees, benefits offered and other features, including these terms and conditions, or to terminate the AEON STYLE Premier Program at any time with or without notice and AEON Stores will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting therefrom.
- 4.2 AEON Stores will post the amended terms and conditions at stores and/or on the company's website. AEON Stores will not issue separate notice of amendment(s). Members are responsible for checking the amendment(s).
- 4.3 Continued participation in Membership program and/or use of the Card will be deemed as acceptance of any amendment(s). If any Member does not agree with such amendment(s), such Member's sole remedy is to cease participating in the Membership program and cease using the Card.
- 4.4 In case of any disputes, AEON Stores has its sole discretion to make the final decision.
- 5.Fees

- 5.1 Members have to pay the following fees:
(i) application fees upon initial application of the Card;
(ii) renewal fees upon renewal of the Card;
(iii) re-issuing fees upon replacement of the Card.
- 5.2 All fees are non-refundable in any circumstances.
- 6.Bonus Points
-
- 6.1 Member and Member's designated person must present his/her Card or any other form of accepted Member identification method by AEON, as the case may be at the time of purchase with specific payment media to enjoy member shopping privileges and/or earn Bonus Points.
- 6.2 Bonus Points will be calculated and may be redeemed in accordance with AEON Stores' Privilege Benefits Scheme prevailing from time to time and posted at stores.
- 6.3 Bonus Points will not accrue until AEON Stores has issued the Card to the Member upon the Membership application being accepted.
- 6.4 AEON Stores may from time to time enter into arrangements with other entities whereby Members may accumulate Bonus Points from the use of services of or the purchase of goods from such other entities subject to such terms and conditions as AEON Stores may impose with respect to the accumulation of such Bonus Points.
- 6.5 Members may check their accumulated Bonus Points at Customer Service Counter or e-directory kiosk(s) inside stores, the mobile application (“AEON Mobile”) and/or from their sales receipt, all of which are provided for the Member's reference only and might not necessarily indicate the correct balance of member's account. AEON Stores' records shall (in the absence of manifest error) be conclusive in showing the correct balance.
- 6.6 Bonus Points will normally be credited to a Member's account after 2 business days from the day when the Member makes the purchase with his/her Card or any other form of accepted Member identification method by AEON. If a Member elects for delivery of his/her purchase, the Bonus Points will normally be credited to the Member’s account after 5 business days from the date of delivery.
- 6.7 Bonus Points accrued are redeemable by the Member him/herself only and not transferable to any other person, and cannot be transferred to another Member's account or another account of the same Member. Upon the death of a Member, all remaining Bonus Points will be cancelled automatically.
- 6.8 All Bonus Points accrued will be cancelled upon the termination of Membership.
- 6.9 Bonus Points accrued in a Membership Year shall be used no later than one calendar month immediately following expiry of that Membership Year; otherwise, all remaining Bonus Points will be forfeited thereafter.
- 6.10 To redeem the Bonus Points, the Member may:
(i) show his/her Card in person at the Customer Service Counter inside AEON Stores; or
(ii) log in at the member zone of an e-directory kiosk using his/her Card or AEON Mobile, complete the redemption process by following the procedure as prompted by the e-directory kiosk, and collect the redeemed benefit, gift(s) or coupon(s) in accordance with the instructions set out therein; or
(iii) log in to the member zone of the AEON Mobile, complete the redemption process by following the procedure as prompted therein, and collect the redeemed benefit, gift(s) or coupon(s) in accordance with the instructions set out therein; or
(iv) show his/her Card or any other form of accepted Member identification method by AEON at the store cashier when making a purchase as the case may be or as the particular redemption program may specify.
- 6.11 In case of Bonus Points replenishment request, the Member or Member's designated person must bring the same day receipt to Customer Service Counter; otherwise no Bonus Points could be accrued for the purchases. In case of any dispute, AEON Stores' decision shall be final.
- 6.12 In case of refund request, the Bonus Points entitled will be deducted from the Member's account. AEON Stores reserves the right to take legal action and deduct the Bonus Points from Member's account if we suspect that such Bonus Points were earned via fraudulent means or misconduct.
- 6.13 Misconduct, fraud, misuse of the Card and/or its benefits or failure to follow these terms and conditions may result in the immediate termination of the Membership and cancellation of all Bonus Points. AEON Stores reserves the right with or without notice to terminate any Member's Membership at which time without notice and all Bonus Points, privileges and benefits accrued will be cancelled.
- 7.Delivery Service

- 7.1 Member and Member's designated person can enjoy the Free Delivery Service upon making purchase (Licensees' merchandise to be excluded) of designated amount or such other amount as specified by AEON Stores from time to time by using the Card or any other form of accepted Member identification method by AEON together with designated payment media.
- 7.2 Free Delivery Service is limited to Hong Kong territory only and subject to the Delivery Service Terms and Conditions posted at stores.
- 8.AEON Lounge Service

- 8.1 Members shall present his/her Card or any other form of accepted Member identification method by AEON to the AEON Lounge reception for registration, or in other manner as AEON Stores may decide from time to time.
- 8.2 The Member can use AEON Lounge Service once per day only, and is allowed to bring one companion to use the AEON Lounge that such arrangement is made known to the AEON Lounge reception before entry.
- 8.3 By using the AEON Lounge, the Member agrees to be bound by the AEON Lounge Terms and Conditions posted at stores.
- 9.Personal Data (Privacy)

- 9.1 The personal data supplied by the Members are required for the operation of AEON STYLE Premier Program, the Privilege Benefits Scheme and other privilege(s) which AEON Stores may from time to time obtain from or arrange with our business partners in joint promotion for the benefit of the Members. Failure to supply personal data may result in AEON Stores being unable to provide the above services to the Members.
- 9.2 The Member agrees that all the personal data provided to AEON Stores and all information relating to the use of his/her Card may be used and retained by AEON Stores for:
(i) processing an application for the Membership;
(ii) management, operation and maintenance of the Membership management system;
(iii) the daily operation of the services provided to the Members;
(iv) imprinting the Member's name on the Card;
(v) communication of news and information by AEON Stores to the Members;
(vi) investigation of complaints, suspected suspicious transactions and ongoing research for service improvement and program development;
(vii) designing services or related products for the Members_' use;
(viii) facilitating the issue of benefits to the Members;
(ix) meeting the requirements to make disclosure under the requirements of any law binding or under and for the purposes of any guidelines issued by other statutory authorities with which AEON Stores is required to comply.
- 9.3 Member further agrees that AEON Stores may disclose and transfer Member_'s personal data (whether within Hong Kong or abroad) to the following parties for the purposes as set out in Clause 8.2 above:
(i) third party service providers, their agents and contractors, who provide administrative, telecommunications, computer, payment, printing or other services to AEON Stores in connection with the operation of its business including providing service to the Member and/or;
(ii) any person to whom AEON Stores is under an obligation to make disclosure under the requirements of any law binding or under and for the purposes of any guidelines issued by regulatory or other authorities with which AEON Stores is required to comply.
- 9.4 All information of the Members will be managed in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and AEON Stores_' Privacy Policy.
- 9.5 AEON Stores intends to use your name, contact details (as per your preference) and month and year of birth to send you news, information, privileges and promotions (both in-store and online) regarding the following products and services offered by AEON Stores and/or our licensee shops and/or our business partners in joint promotion: supermarket goods, home appliances, electronic appliances, computers and accessories, furniture and homeware, audio visual, toys and stationery, baby products, health care products, fashion, accessories, clothing, leather goods and luggage, shoes, watch and jewellery, health care, hair, beauty and cosmetics, pet needs, food and beverage, catering, media, entertainment, logistics, transportation, travel and hotel, shopping malls, credit cards, telecommunications, banking, financial and insurance, tutorials, education, memberships, loyalty and reward programmes and our associated events. AEON Stores must obtain consent from the Members_' before doing so. Members may choose not to receive such communications by ticking the appropriate box in the Registration form. Members may, without charge, opt out from receiving direct marketing materials from AEON Stores by following the steps stipulated in the Registration form.
- 9.6 Members have the right to request to review and correct any personal data held by AEON Stores in accordance with the Privacy Policy. An administration fee may be charged for the processing of these requests. Members have the right to:
a.check whether we hold any of your personal data;
b.access your personal data held by us;
c.require us to correct any personal data which is inaccurate;
d.ascertain the privacy policy (from time to time) in relation to personal data and the type of personal data held by AEON Stores.
- 9.7 All requests for access to or correction of personal data or information regarding policies and practices and types of personal data held should be in writing and addressed to the Data Protection Officer: Sales Planning Department, AEON Stores (Hong Kong) Co., Limited, 7/F., D2 Place One, 9 Cheung Yee Street, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon.
- 9.8 AEON Stores may be unable to maintain or renew a Member_'s Membership or the associated benefits if the Member fails to provide AEON Stores with up to date information. Members are responsible for keeping AEON Stores informed of their new telephone contact, correspondence and email addresses. AEON Stores is not responsible for any loss as a result of the Member_'s failure to inform AEON Stores of any change.
- 10.Termination

- 10.1 The Member may terminate his/her membership at any time by submitting <AEON Membership Termination Requisition Form>, and/or returning in person his/her Card to our Customer Service Counters at which time any Bonus Points accrued will be cancelled. Membership fees paid will not be refunded on termination of Membership.
- 10.2 Misconduct, fraud, misuse of the Card and/or its benefits or failure to follow these terms and conditions may result in the immediate termination of membership and cancellation of all Bonus Points. AEON Stores reserves the right with or without notice to terminate any Member_'s Membership at which time all Bonus Points accumulated will be cancelled.
- 11.Liability

- 11.1 AEON Stores shall not be liable to any member for any loss, damages or expenses of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Membership, the use of the Card, AEON Mobile or their its benefits, including but not limited to the use of personal data, mistakes or fraud by any person in redeeming a benefit, whether AEON Stores is negligence or otherwise.
- 11.2 AEON Stores_' liability in contract, tort or otherwise in respect of any claim arising out of acts or omissions relating to the Membership or the use of the Card or AEON Mobile shall be limited to re-crediting the value of the Bonus Points entitled to by the member in connection with which the matter arises.
- 11.3 AEON Stores will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the product or service provided by any other entities in connection with the use of the Card or AEON Mobile.
- 11.4 AEON Stores_' decision in respect of any such complaint or dispute shall be final and binding on the member and AEON Stores shall not be required to give any reason for such decision.
- 12.Invalidity

- 12.1 The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision of these terms and conditions under the laws of any jurisdiction shall not affect its validity, legality or enforceability under the laws of any other jurisdiction nor the validity, legality or enforceability of any other provisions herein contained.
- 13.Jurisdiction

- 13.1 These terms and conditions and the relationship between AEON Stores and each Member are governed by the laws of The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. AEON Stores and each Member submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Courts.
**Should there be any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail.
